La Grande, Union County, OR
Under Oregon law, Grande Ronde Hospital must offer free or discounted care to eligible low-income and uninsured patients. Here's what the law guarantees — and how to apply.
Under Oregon's hospital financial assistance law (ORS 442.614, HB 3076), Grande Ronde Hospital must provide FREE care to uninsured patients at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and discounted care for patients up to 400%.
This is the legal minimum — Grande Ronde Hospital may offer more generous help. The only way to know is to apply, and applying is always free.
